Our refund and cancellation policy is only applicable for booking of offline/online workshop/session/seminar/webinar at our website.
We reserve the right to modify/add/alter/revise/discontinue or otherwise carry out any necessary changes to these terms and conditions and/or the cancellation feature (either wholly or in part).
These terms and conditions are in addition to the terms and conditions and the privacy policy available at this website.
Cancellation
We have ‘no questions asked’ cancellation policy. You just need to inform us by writing an email to us at ipm@ipmantra.in stating that you want a refund against your booking.
Cancellations before 1 day of the event date: We will refund 100% amount which you have paid less transaction charge, if any and less applicable taxes, if any.
Cancellations on the event day: No refund if the cancellation is made on the event day.
Refund
The refund will take 7-10 working days to get credited into your bank account.
